Include

• The ticker, fund name, or general research scenario.
• The statement or calculation you believe is wrong.
• A public source that supports the correction.
• Whether the required disclosure, conflict statement, or any panel-role decision was missing.

Do not include

Never send account type, dollar amounts, holdings, income, net worth, taxes, withdrawals, risk tolerance, age, family circumstances, passwords, brokerage credentials, account numbers, government identifiers, records, or other personal financial information.
