Terms of use
By using the plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Effective August 15, 20261. Educational research only
The plugin provides general, impersonal educational research through standardized scenarios. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial-planning advice; solicit a transaction; or act as an adviser, dealer, broker, fiduciary, portfolio manager, or agent.
2. No tailoring
The plugin must not collect or use personal financial circumstances. Volunteered account, amount, ownership, tax, withdrawal, risk, income, age, or family information is ignored. Security names may be used only as research candidates; submitted holdings and weights are discarded. Personal facts are not converted into scenario labels. Anyone selecting the same securities and independently stated scenario assumptions receives the same analysis.
3. Modelled analytical roles
Panel titles are modelled AI perspectives, not human beings or licensed professionals. References to a “panel,” “vote,” “decision,” or professional title describe a research framework only.
4. No transactions or custody
The plugin cannot execute, route, facilitate, or settle trades; open or access brokerage accounts; receive funds; hold securities; or provide transaction-specific order instructions.
5. No guarantee
Market information can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or superseded. Estimates, valuations, scenarios, and cited sources may be wrong. Past performance and model outputs do not predict future results. You are responsible for verifying current information and obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.
6. Independent responsibility
Recipients remain solely responsible for their decisions, account eligibility, taxes, losses, and compliance with applicable law. The plugin does not assess those circumstances. Do not rely on it for emergencies or essential expenses.
7. Conflicts and third parties
The plugin does not accept issuer-paid ranking, paid placement, affiliate commissions, or brokerage compensation. It does not claim that the publisher has no personal holdings. Where current publisher-supplied information declares an interest, the output must disclose its nature concurrently. Third-party names, data, and links remain the responsibility of their owners and do not imply endorsement.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
You may use outputs for personal evaluation subject to applicable platform terms. Do not use the plugin to manipulate markets, misuse material non-public information, misrepresent outputs as licensed advice, or violate law or third-party rights.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect loss, or reliance on an output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
11. Changes and severability
Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
